The order came relatively quickly with some deliveries woes along the way but the problem was quickly resolved by customer service. It was hard to contact customer service though.

The set up was also really easy. It was easy to understand the instructions also. The digital set up is nice and has an automatic feature where you set up an ideal humidity and the sensor will read
your home’s humidity. If its under it would turn on and it would turn off when the ideal humidity is hit. Saving water and energy. I do wish that the water tank and the top digital area has a better interlocking system. At the moment it has none and its a little scary if it can be toppled over. So far so good
